The Experience

Would you like to give your kids a birthday party which is truly unforgettable? V-17 can offer an exciting and educational experience that will stay with them long after the party is over.

You have a choice of either a Go Karting Party, a Virtual Racing Party, or you can combine the two with our Virtual Racing add on. Either way, the fun is guaranteed. Both packages include a V-17 Party Host who looks after the party throughout and ensures that everything runs smoothly.

Go-Karting party guests will get two ten minute private races out on the track. Racing suits are provided for the birthday boy or girl, and we provide helmets and neck braces for everyone who is driving. All of those driving are required to watch the safety briefing. Our karts are equipped with a full wrap around bumper and seatbelt, and our track marshals are always on hand to help out, making sure that every child is tightly belted in to their kart, and wearing the helmet and neck brace correctly. The Race Director provides music and a play-by-play commentary during each event and an award ceremony, with a medal for the birthday boy or girl and for the best racer, is held after the racing.

Virtual Racing party guests get three 5 minute Virtual Races each in our Virtual GT Room. During the party you have exclusive use of the VGT Room. We have four Virtual GT units, so kids race against each other four at a time, while the rest of the party can watch on a giant viewing screen, and cheer them on, or enjoy watching them crash and burn! The Virtual GT units are equipped with force feed back steering, super realistic surround sound and vibration units in the seat, which all adds to the fun racing experience.

The Clubhouse

The Club House is a separate area of approximately 2,700 sq ft and consists of two large rooms, both with views over looking the track. It is a completely private area dedicated to your party with its own restrooms and private entrance off of the lobby. The Clubhouse has its own sound system, LCD screens with cable TV, and we can also offer an LCD projector at an additional charge.

Catering

Delicious pizza and jugs of soda are included in the party package and are served once the Virtual Racing or Go-Kart Racing is over, so you have nothing to worry about, except the cake, which we can keep on ice until you are ready for it. We can offer additional food and refreshment from Velocity Cafe if required. We also provide papers goods, decorations and invitations, and we are happy for you to supplement our decorations if you wish.

Go- Karting Party

• $59.99 per child
• Minimum party size of 12 kids maximum of 20 kids
• Kids must all be between 54" and 78" tall to race
• Includes use of Clubhouse during party (approx 1 1/2 hours)
• Includes 2 slices of plain pizza per guest and 4 jugs of soda for the party
• Add VGT racing for $15.00 per child

Virtual Racing Party

• $24.99 per child
• Minimum party size of 12 kids maximum of 20 kids
• Kids must be 42" or taller to take part
• Includes use of Clubhouse during party (approx 1 1/2 hours)
• Includes 2 slices of pizza per guest and 4 jugs of soda for the party

Terms

In order to book a party a 50% deposit is required, and the balance is due 7 days before the party, and will be automatically charged to your credit card. 7% Sales Tax and a 15% gratuity are added. We only accept payments by cash or credit, and if you wish to pay your deposit or balance in cash we require credit card details to secure the booking. No refunds can be given for no shows, and punctuality is required. Velocity 17 reserves the right to curtail a race or remove driver from a race for safety reasons; under these circumstance no refund can be given. Safety is of paramount importance at all times.
